Users who have OLD REQUESTS in "On Hold" status also in "Lotto" - please note we will remove all requests there that are before June 2008.
The reason is because these requests are too hold and we're not going to deal with them. Back in the days, Alertpay requests were processed before that date so as it stands there is no one who's going to have any problem with it.
