We're in final transitions of offering a better service and we do apologise for the delays this week.

During this weekend we will process Referrals payments and InstantUS payments and should reply to all of your queries.

We are aware of the lack of support this week but working on having an efficient way of support including involving more people with the help due to an increase of requests and queries.
