Sorry, I dont like any of posted logos. :-(

moonss's logo is nice, but...
1. It should be without Mirror reflection.
2. It doesnt have "2009" included.

Correct it, present with transparent and it will be good ;-D

Ah seeing how the 2009 is needed in the logo, I have revised my banner, as well as took some advise from darkskill in regards to what he mentioned:

The previous post should show the new design as well, now with the 2009 added, and transparent background.

Both Images below show the same design, with the first one being transparent background, 2nd one being on a dark background.
