We have to apologise for the long delay (about a week for some PMs) that we had no replies for your PMs.
There has been a technical issue which we have rectified and by now all PMs sent to us until this moment (included) have been answered with proper respond and apology for the delay.

We do hope you understand and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
