There is really no need to go around stories, so I will just give you the information as it is straightforward. It looks like Hemp Oil (made out of Cannabis) is the cure for the cancer.

Why no one talks about it?
As the guy said in the post the dirty cash grabbing cartels are trying to silence this information forever.

Cancer? Well, I were too lazy to read those links, but I think that there are plenty of curing ways. So, thats not end of world if you get cancer. It can almost everytime be healed.
