when you add a credit card, paypal takes 1.50

So, anyone know somewhere I can get one for $5 or less..? I've only got like $3.75 in my paypal (with spending limit), and I still need to activate my old one to get teh funds out. I think I'll be getting a payment next week for $2, but I dont know if it will approve yet. I'm also awaiting $1 from another website.
