PLEASE HELP

Please Tell me how can i get an international offer?

Because when i click on the icon of the international offers this message appears to me

So Please HELP me

1) This isn't the right forum to ask these type of questions.
2) We have a sticky topic in our Support Forum about it.
3) Posting like the way you do only justifies our action to block the International section for certain locations.
