Assistance with connecting account to Facebook

Hi All,

Needing some assistance with connecting my Get-paid account to Facebook. When I try to connect this is what I see.

To continue with this action you need to be connected to another Facebook Application, please connect below.
(The Facebook link is underneath)

What application are they talking about? I'm at 93% with my profile and have been told that I need to connect my account to Facebook to complete my profile 100%. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Can you please try to use a clean browser (i.e. all cookies & temp files deleted), or a different browser, and then login to your Get-Paid account first and only then try to connect to your Facebook account?

Im verifed, but sometimes this button Connect is not works.

I use Firefox on my MacBook and safari on my iPad. I recently started cleaning the browsers (cookies etc) just before I shut down the devices. I've been online trying to work out why I couldn't connect and cleaning the browsers came up quite a bit.
Successful or unsuccessfulI, either way I will give you some feedback as soon as I Log on. I'm crossing fingers and toes this time. ☺️

So, I really tried today to connect. No luck

I even tried to connect on my phone because I read on the forum that someone was able to connect that way. That did not work either. I'm really at a complete loss as what to do next.. Any suggestions? Would love to hear.
