Hello,I haven't received a Level bonus for five days. I know for sure I have made more than 200 coins over for everyday. what can I do?

For me it has been a little over 1200 coins earned since the last bonus. I'm at Level 12, so 6 bonuses x 16 coins = 96 coins. I hope I'll be reactivated in the future or will I always request it here ?
