Cherry Credits disappeared with no PAID or CLICK HERE or ANYTHING

well ya the cherry credit went to work and now i cant see it on my offer it just disappeared and i don't know if i got paid or should try again anything? admin or maybe this happened because i didn't win AND i know i lost but why is it still lotto
