Completed surveys, but no coins

Hello,
I made two daily surveys, the 28th August 2015, and now I see, the status of each surveys is "Problems".
Can you help me ?

Did you complete these daily surveys succesfuly? You should have recieved a page stating something like "Congratulations".

Yes, I get the page of "Congratulations", I remember the subject of the 1st survey was on the Smartphone & the 2nd was linked with the smarphone too.
