i completed 2 offers..
but it seems not in the pending section?
it says i have not completed any offers?
help meh?

There's no pending SECTION, pending it's a status.

Well... after completing an offer, you have to submit it to a list, how?

here in the page, on the left you can see in the menu that appears : "MY OFFERS", click on it.
then, there you will can add the offer you have completed. here when appears that:

If you completed an offer please fill in the form below in order to get paid!
(payments will be made by 48 hours!)

Which offer have you completed?

you select the offer and click Submit,
first time you add an offer, you have to write your payment id,

Your MY OFFERS list is empty, you need to submit a request for each offer you complete.
