Not able to access Offers and Daily surveys

Hi,

For the past few weeks, I could not access Offers and Daily surveys. I am getting the message "Your IP address was seen on another user. This section is now blocked. Contact us for more information.". I only have one user id and there is no one else in my household having an user id in get-paid.

Kindly resolve.

If you login to 2 different Get-Paid accounts from the same PC (even if that's your friend) it would block you so we have to remove the block in that case, which is what we did.

Just to tell you - I am in Ethiopia and my referral is in India. No one else has logged into their account using my laptop. I am the one who solely use my laptop and no one else in my household has an account in get-paid. May be its time to scrutinize your system why it is creating blocks even in such cases.

Could your IP be used by someone else?
It's not something that is done to annoy you, it's only being done as part of security.
Are you still experiencing any problem with it?
