Not credited for Explore in Minute

Hi
I have been seeing that most of my explore clicks (4.5 coins) for last one week or so are not been credited. I get the message stating that my explore option is successful and my account is credited. but i dont see the coins credited. i guess around 5-6 credits are missing.
Please check this.
It has happened with "click" option too in minute.
