Not getting any coins for listening to Radio

Hi,

From yesterday onwards (25th November), coins are not getting credited for listening to Radio. I had entered Captcha around 20 times yesterday alone, and I was waiting until now to see whether I am getting credited, but unfortunately did not received coins.

In addition to above, I had also entered Captcha around 10 times today, but nothing got credited.

Please investigate the issue soon and kindly credit those pending coins.

I listened to Radio even yesterday, but not even a single coin been credited till now. Please let us know when it will start working. I am unnecessarily wasting time looking for captcha and entering it every half-an-hour, but finally not getting rewarded. It is frustrating.

Any update on this. Radio is the only way of earning coins for me, as there are not much opportunities here in Ethiopia. So for the past few days, my earning from tasks was almost zero. Its so sad that I could not earn anything :(

The advertiser responded once with a very generic response - we asked them to look into this properly - they are unfortunately very slow to respond and once already we removed their gadget from our site - we'll give them the benefit of the doubt and hopefully get this resolved by next week (perhaps they will reply today - Friday), they are just very difficult to deal with in general, so we do apologize for this - if it's not working for you at the moment please just skip on their offer for now.

I just tried Radio today and coins got credited for that. It seems Radio is working at the moment.
