If I am understanding this correctly, you press the banner, and nothing appears or a blank page appears, maybe your pop-up blocker is blocking the site?

TRY: using a different browser, if your using IE, try using FF, and vise versa

The offers aren't gone but your browser if I phrase your problem correctly doesn't take you to the advertiser's page.

I suggest to try using a different browser and see if the problem persists.
