Hi, I am writing because my italian friends and I are experiencing problem with offertoro and offertoropoints video. Once clicked the screen remain white, the video is not downloaded and it is not possible to complete offer. Is this normal? Thank you

IOs means Apple device (iPad or iPhone) - if you access the offer using a DIFFERENT device it won't load for you, and that applies in general to the problem you specified above.
