The only answer we received so far is to tell users that tasks are not being credited on a single basis but on a basis of completing several pages - that triggers the coins to be credited, so if you did the same task twice, at least from your perspective do not expect to be credited twice but only once instead.

I don't understand what you mean. The Crowdflower tasks that are not being credited to me (from time to time) only have one work page (Deal search result relevance). I've been working on Crowdflower tasks for a year so I know how they work and I'm familiar with tasks with more than work page and I know it is a single task with several pages. So the problem is other. Please take a look at the issue.
