If I did a survey yesterday. Can I do that same offer again TODAY?

No, you can only complete each offer once, and once only..

"The Rules"

6) If you have participated in the past with one of the offers we have from other website - DO NOT participate again! The fact it's your "first time" to take this offer through our website isn't a reason to participate in the same offer again!

So you can only do an offer once, once you have done that offer, asked for payment, and have been paid, you will notice that the offer you have been paid for will be taken of the "offers" section (for you)

Yes, it should be disappeared from offers page.
