Radio Loyalty not crediting

Hi,

I posted the below issue in Contact us page as well, but I am yet to get a response.

I am having a problem with radio loyalty. I am not getting paid for the what I am listening. I was getting the credit properly till a week or two weeks back. And suddenly after that I could not click on Submit after I entered the Captcha, and this problem was there for few days. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled Google chrome couple of days back, post that I can able to successfully submit after I entered the Captcha, but I am not getting the credit for it. I listened to radio for so many hours yesterday and entered Captcha many times, but still not got credit for all those.
I waited for credit more than a day, before I log this issue.
I tried in many browsers - Internet explorer, Google chrome, Mozilla firefox, Opera, but the result remain same.
Please resolve this immediately.

There was a temporary problem with it which is now 100% rectified - we tested it.
You can use it freely now and you would see you would get credited for it.
