Redeem Problem | Get Paid

Hey.
I hope you can help me with my problem.
I have redeemed 4040 Coin on Aug 16, 2015-21:48 for my paypal account ,and you made my redeem Casgoutpaid.
But until now i did not get my money on my paypal account,you just make it cashoutpaid but you did not sent money to me.!!!
