I've made 303 coins today; but I can't find spin the wheel anywhere.
Where should I find it?

331.2 coins earned total on November 16th; but still no spin the wheel.
So it will pop up the day after, or am I missing something?

You have to update your payment details first for the spin wheel to show up in your account.
