cash-out problem. It says"has error"

and it says i should try again later. But I tried several times and still failed.
By the way, I haven't received a confirm e-mail after I registered here, but that e-mail address do receive other notifications in the website.

You couldn't cash out because you did not confirm your email.
For some reason you did not receive the activation email, so we activated the account for you - and now you should be able to cashout.
