if u didnt pay, it's normal the offer didn't track and not paid.
if u have paid, forward the cinemanow's mail to the admin showing him u have really completed the offer,

or send a pm to the admin (gptreasure) giving him the confirmation link from the cinemanow's mail.... or screenshots.
