pay perclick page not opening

in pay per click the tab which shows number of coins is not working. when i click that tab new page is open
but not loaded properly.

same problem in here, i can open the page but the page automatic load into another website

but my problem is a little different. when i try to open a page it initially loading but after 2 , 3 seconds stops. i don't know why.
