Whilst processing payments today we've noticed many of you who do not activate their LR account and then we try to process your payment we get an error message.

Please activate your LR account BEFORE asking for payments from us so we can send your payment successfully. If you see a "Paid" status in your account but you haven't received any payments from us that means it happened because you haven't activated your LR account - please contact us in such a case once you've activated your account so we can re-issue your payments.
