This isn't the forum to complain about these type of issues. That's why we have a "Support" forum to address all these type of questions.

Secondly, if I'm already responding you're from Vietnam and not from US, you cannot complete US offers if you're not really from the United States.

I understand your frustration and the fact that you've waited a whole week to get paid but you need to understand that fraud isn't a way to get paid.
