January 13, 2010 - Moneybookers Payments DELAY

As you can see in our earlier thread:

We are still having our issue unresolved with Moneybookers. Basically it takes them a very long time to respond and we're losing our patience with them, due to the fact they show no interest to respond in a normal timeframe and they took their time to respond only once after more than a week.

We will keep you posted in the next few days on our move. If they are not going to respond soon we might terminate our business with Moneybookers and look for an alternative payment method.

On the same spot, I should emphasize there are very few requests of Moneybookers payments we have ON HOLD, the majority of our users are using PayPal or LibertyReserve, so this issue is affecting very few users, nevertheless we won't let this issue to put these few users in the air, so just stay tuned with us for future updates in the next few days, we promise to keep you posted.
