There are rules in the constitution for Turkey flag :-)

that are applyed as the same way brazil flag is, the ones we are using here are for SYMBOLISM the country, also country rules are applyed only on the country, since this is a public website, laws and rules from each country are not applyed here.

this is an answer to Athurx10, so, I'm gonna answer it in portuguese, because I'm gonna quote some parts of brazilian flag's rules:

Cara, simplesmente, leia os três primeiros parágrafos da seção "Proibições com a Bandeira Nacional". Lá fala sobre reproduzir a bandeira em arcos ou em qualquer outras coisas, se vc ler o parágrafo B

olha:
b) utilizar bandeiras de Nação como parte de embandeiramento em arco ou fazer uso nesse embandeiramento de bandeiras de sinais que possam com elas confundir-se;

caiofaugusto, if you wanna discuss that in portuguese please send me private messages, also, if you read well the rule you just quoted, it says the use of the flag must not be hard to understand which country it is, and change to the symbol, and i'm pretty sure you can identify your country on the offers page really easy right?
