Nope, it's not in Picasa.
Remember

1) The location of the picture must be in a domain name that is similar to our domain name. (similar in its name, not in the purpose of our website).
2) I counted 24 pumpkins, I understand the number isn't accurate but remember you should explain the relation of the final number and the repeating letter.

The final number isn't correct!

Remember the final number has digits that are opposite of the repeating letter!
