Why? Well, it turns out that the state of Virginia has a 2.2 billion dollar budget deficit that they are trying to deal with, and so they need to find some quick sources of cash.

Disgrace a case, God!
I've paid € 650 traffic ticket in the last 1 year (just België) I don't ever want to tell Turkey, 3 cars 'n almost every day traffic tickets :-(
