Why not set up a system that would permit to reward our best Referral(s)?

It would suffice to have the opportunity to give them few coins occasionally.

I think you are already rewarding yourself by having those referrals.
The more they earn coins, the more coins you get.

Also as you level up on get-paid, you increase your boost level which means you will earn more from each referral. :)

I think what he wanted to say is that he wants a feature which will make him be able to give coins personally to his best referral.

I really like this idea! Unffortunately I don't have the final word so I'm going to forward this to our head. Let's see what they think.

The purpose of your suggestion is to motivate referrals to make more money. But we already have a contest that serves the same purpose. Also, people that were not referred by somebody might feel deprived.

I still think it's a good idea. Plus he is the one that voluntarily wants to help his referrals. This will make that our members have more communication with each other. I don't think you're going to feel deprived for 5 coins (0.01c)?
