i dont think hes talking about ads, he talks about views. and it could work. the person pays a fee to get views on youtube. (at a big number of views he gets money on content) so, its win win. also for us is win win. youtube is a safe site where u cannot take some malware thing.

Well, for someone to want youtube views, they want people to also watch the ads on their video. It would be kind of complicated and time consuming to create a script that makes sure the user views the whole video and even the video's ad, so I don't think it will really happen.
