Default Digital watch with thermometer?

I am after a new digital watch, preferably one that has a built in thermometer. Compass would also be an advantage. I'd also prefer one with a metal wristband (instead of plastic) if possible.
Anyone know of any decent watches that have this? I've seen a few casio ones, specifically the pro-trek range. Are these any good? How accurate are thermometers on a watch? Ideally i'd want it to be within 1C degree of accuracy.
Where is the cheapest place to buy watches? There are the jewellers like amies, wallace bishop etc... but can you buy them online anywhere else cheaper? Hopefully something for under say, $200.
