hi im new here too, i've been waiting for 3 days and my offer finally changed from "pending" to "work". And from what i've been reading on this forum, people are getting paid. So I do not think this is a scam, the admin must be working.

'Work' status means your payment request is being processed. If you follow what they require you to do, you'll get paid. If not, you don't get paid. Just wait, yesterday my status was work, today i got paid.
