I think Rokujou wasn't aware of the fact PayPal's rates are not the actual rates of the market, so he was quite surprised about it, and then there were few comments made about it, so I hope that explains what you couldn't understand. :-)

I do not know anything about Forex. I don't know what will happen... But I know that I hope the Euro grow up haha, because all thing that I get on the internet is US Dollar haha.
