Do somone know any way to transfer money from paypal to alertpay without any fees? And i would like to know that that site is safe :)

mukilol i dont recommend u any website that makes this money exchange that u want because they get fees and are slow i think-
try to ask this favour to the admin, to make that exchange of paypal to alertpay.
(u send the admin 25$ to his paypal account and then he sends u 25$ to ur alertpay account) if he cant then ask here by the forum... maybe someone could make u that favour.!
