How does InstantUS offers work?

I know I haven't introduced myself, I am Orbit03 and I was referred here. It's nice meeting you all
But how does InstantUS offers work? Because I tried but then, where is the third page? On the pop up or do you have to wait for the processing....please wait page to load?
And how many offers do I need to complete to qualify?

These are the offers that show up after you complete the 2nd page, on that same screen that changes once you've submitted the 2nd page. The 3rd page is not the pop-up window.
The 3rd page has a big button of an offer with an option to SKIP on it or to click on it and if you click on it then a pop-up window will show up allowing you to complete that sub-offer.

The more of these sub-offers you complete then the more you will be rewarded up to $2.00.

There is no fixed formula but the more the merrier, so if you complete around 4 or 5 sub-offers you should be making more than $1.00 on that Instant Offer, and that's approximately.
