How to geto started?

Just registered and tried to do first offer. Keeps going to the "how do you want to get paid" page.
I instruct method, and does not ask for my email address for payment vendor. Little help.

Please use the "contact us" option on top of the page.
The Get-Paid administrator can manually set your payment-method.
This will take from a few hours to a day if you include your username, preferred payment-method and e-mailadress.
