II can not See Some Offers on the Final Steps

Hello,

I have a problem about Instant-UK offers.. There was some good offers on the Final Steps Page (Platinium page, gold page and silver page) last week.. But now I can not see these offers.. How can I see them again or can they come back ? And when can they come back ?
