Is it possible to increasing Business Card Payment to previous level?

I don't known, what's your problem to deciding this business card payment to very low level.

I am introduced some good peoples to doing this biz card section, but when you r decrease that payment level from 5 (10 entry) to 2 coins, they leave it from here and Do that SAME WORK in DIFFERENT SITE.

Which site give that much amount? if you have doubt ... pls ask in PM, But, am answer to Get-paid admin group peoples only.
