I would donate you but I don't know about you so I don't rely on you, and one time I gave money to one guy and he never returned me the 5$ ... it's difficult for me to earn money here because spain hasn't many offers, I hope you understand me...

it just that i have to w8t for 0.12$ to be added for 4 days again.

PayPal fees are 2% and 0.30 USD$, which means that whoever borrows you the money will have to send over 0.60 USD$ just in order for you to receive these 0.12 cents.

Here is an advise for you:
