Post code for Surveys

I am not able to do surveys, In most of the Surveys starting Needs to enter Post Code.
I am not able to continue from that step, I am getting message as "Post code must contain upper case letters". I tried so many times but not accepting.
Please Clarify how to give the post code?
I did Entered as "ENGINEER" "DESIGNER" and "CAD_ENGINEER".
Please help me regarding....

I don't know where you live.
I can simply enter (my real) XXXXX in numbers (ex: 12345 <-- btw, this zip really exists)

It depends where you live. Put the exact post code you have in your city.

Postal Code is the code of the area you live in. Its usually consist of 5 digits. You can find your postal code on Google maps by searching your city on it.

I think postcode refers to Job Designation, and hence the problem occurs.
