RephaelI think that he meant to say that it's not fair that US and UK have many offers and surveys while International countries has very poor and low offer and surveys (ChatDexter correct me if I wrong).
Yah something like i mean i know gp is trying its very best to find offers for international members so gp doesnt have the fault,its the advertisers :D

That is correct. We relay on advertisers to provide us international offers & we do our best to add as many international offers as possible.
