Require payment

Hello, I don't understand how payments are required.
Because I made a survey but when I was in the earnings, it did not appear and at no time I saw how subjecting the payment.

do you mean PayPal, Alertpay, etc?

the first time you submit one offer the website asks you the method payment. So, if you have submited the survey and you cannot see your method payment contact the admin http://www.get-paid.com/contact.php
(maybe i'm wrong because this design is new from days ago and now it doesn't work of this way...).
