haha now the prizes I think are decreasing because the crisis we are living but you can take a look these examples of houses of Barcelona:

a house with only 2 rooms, 450.000€:

BTW, the first MSG I writted I said "500.000.000" I writted it wrong, the number was "500.000€"

Barcelona is very expensive indeed..
I've paid € 285,000 to my home in Belgium
(200 m² - duplex, garden 'n garage) :-)
