i think he use VERIZON ISP,them can make your internet 50 Download and 50 Upload,they ise fiber optic cables.

My Internet is Meo from PT.

Lol its very Fast downloading games is 6MB/sec

I got Cox Communications High Speed Internet. I believe that Cox has a better service than Quest even though it's expensive really.
