Where is admin?

Where is admin ? He didnt pay for referrals and Instant US offers .. He said "Payments to be processed tomorrow (Referrals / InstantUS)" , this mean : our money should be paid at April 2 ...

I think, admin isnt here ?

We're here, but unfortunately LibertyReserve website is still down, and what we're going to do is to process payments via all other payment methods and leave the LR payments on hold until their website is sorted out.

I do apologise for the delay but it has nothing to do on our end, we were just waiting for their site to be back up but it seems like it takes them forever to sort out their problem.
