1.You should be active in the forum.
2.you should complete at least one offers.
3.you should get referrals.
4.PM admin,tell him you want to become a gold member.

hehe,I just want to explain more simpler.Because do not need to complete all the offers (your country offers and international offers), but only need to complete one offers enough.:-)

yeah, not problem at all.
really I became gold member without have completed any offer I think, without have participed in the forum... but I told the admin that I would complete offers and I would participe in the forum... hehehe
