"work"

today i checked the status for my offers i saw the word "work" in the status colum i just want to ask what that means

work means your payment claim is being checked was found to offer the status will change everything right to paid

could you explain the last part to me again please

If everything is alright, you are going to be paid and the offer status will change to "Paid". :)

Scroll down to the bottom and it says:
Work = This status means we are working to check your offer. If you see this status "Work" and the offer has gone (disappeared) it means that you are all set to get paid for that offer, but we must perform last security checks before processing the payout. If you see "Work" and the offer is still appearing in the section where you took it from it means we haven't processed all the checks on that offer yet.
